1. Agreement & Acceptance

When you visit, utilize, or otherwise access RoMart ("the Service"), you affirmatively accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.

RoMart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update notice on the website. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Platform Description

RoMart is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of virtual items from the Roblox platform. We act as an intermediary to connect buyers and sellers, providing escrow-style protection for transactions.

3. Eligibility

To use RoMart, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age to browse and purchase items
• Be at least 18 years of age to sell items or use payment services
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Account Responsibilities

By registering an account on RoMart, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Seller Obligations

If you sell items on RoMart, you agree to:

• Only list items you legally own and have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions and fair pricing
• Maintain a valid .ROBLOSECURITY cookie for trade execution
• Keep your Roblox account credentials secure
• Complete trades promptly after a sale is made
• Not list stolen, fraudulent, or "poisoned" items
• Not engage in price manipulation or deceptive practices
• Cooperate with support staff in case of disputes

6. Buyer Obligations

If you buy items on RoMart, you agree to:

• Have a valid Roblox account with Premium membership (required for trading)
• Accept trades promptly when sent to your Roblox account
• Ensure your Roblox privacy settings allow receiving trades
• Not attempt to cancel or reverse legitimate transactions
• Use only your own payment methods for purchases
• Report any issues or discrepancies promptly

7. Payments & Fees

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe and our crypto payment system
• Buyers pay no additional fees beyond the listed price
• Sellers pay a 5% platform fee on successful sales
• Cryptocurrency deposits may take time to confirm on the blockchain
• Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your transactions.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling stolen, fraudulent, or "poisoned" items
• Creating fake listings or scam attempts
• Price manipulation or market manipulation
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Impersonating other users or staff members
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits
• Using automated systems without authorization
• Sharing malicious links or content
• Violating Roblox's Terms of Service through our platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

9. Trade Execution

Our trade execution process works as follows:

1. Buyer purchases an item and funds are held in escrow
2. Our system sends a trade request to the buyer's Roblox account
3. Buyer accepts the trade on Roblox
4. Upon trade completion, seller receives payment (minus fees)

If a trade fails due to technical issues on our end, the buyer will receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

11. Intellectual Property

The RoMart platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RoMart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.

Roblox-related intellectual property belongs to Roblox Corporation. We make no claim to ownership of Roblox assets or trademarks.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy of pricing or item information from third-party sources
• Protection from all fraud or malicious actors

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RoMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to cooperate with support investigations
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, any balance in your account may be forfeited if the termination was due to violation of these terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or the Service:

2. Provide all relevant transaction details and evidence
3. Allow up to 72 hours for investigation and response

Disputes not resolved through support may be subject to binding arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
